Very bad experience with the staff (a man with glasses). the Diabetologist prescribes the three-month plan for the tests to my wife, I collect the goods and for a month and a half instead of 150 lancing devices and 150 strips I have 75 strips and 100 lancing devices, on the sheet issued by the pharmacy there are three periods and the correct total of strips and lancet, I ask the pharmacist for explanations and he tells me "you just need to know how to read" (I specify that I am a sales assistant and never say something like that to a customer) especially with the pharmacist's slightly annoyed tone. and my first time I don't know how it works was it too difficult to tell me that I would have to come back the next month to get the rest?
