Congratulations to the pharmacist on duty this morning, 1/04/2024. Alone with a very long queue, she was always friendly, kind and above all fast despite the 30 or more people in line. Congratulations to you, a little less to your colleagues, these days such a central pharmacy if open, would need at least 2 pharmacists. Congratulations again to the lady from this morning.

Mrs. Ultras Costa claims to have witnessed the owner's outburst. It is a pity that the undersigned Owner does not practice his profession at the BAGANZADUE Pharmacy as his work location is at other locations of the same property. Furthermore, the Director practices his profession impeccably and has been esteemed and revered for years for his competence and empathy with older customers who are more in need of attention. Unfortunately, denying the dispensing of medicines requiring a medical prescription in the absence of the latter sometimes exposes us to spurious negative reviews. Always available for a calm discussion with the customer dissatisfied with a hypothetical unbalanced behavior of mine. But you have to make an appointment for me because the undersigned Owner does not work at the BAGANZADUE Pharmacy. My applause also goes to the current working staff who have been able to modify the offer in a few months, since taking over in May 2021, responding to the requests of a clientele that has changed over the decades, for example by expanding the opening hours (the only pharmacy open to public from 7.00 am) as well as guaranteeing free home delivery twice a day (i.e. with a time delay of only a few hours from the request) of what was ordered. But all this, I recognize, has nothing to do with the Owner's hypothetical outburst that occurred in a place where the Owner is not actually present. I will be happy to meet you even if I fear it is simply one of the many automatic reviews generated by systems financed by competitors.

The kind Mrs. Camila states that at the BAGANZADUE Pharmacy a medical indication (prescription) for ibuprofen is required. If the kind Mrs. Camila appreciates supermarket-style pharmacies, that is, those where the owners are constantly accused of being just profiteering traders, go ahead. We, at BAGANZADUE as well as at BAGANZA, consider ourselves pharmaceutical professionals who are therefore attentive to the health of our customers and scrupulously follow the professional regulations resulting from in-depth clinical studies. Proud of not having dispensed useless drugs to those who probably simply need adequate rest.
