2022 and this pharmacy open 24/7 doesn't speak English. My wife had to do a covid test and they were unable to understand our request. They told us to wait for all the line of people to be gone (after we waited in line for our turn) and he will see what he can do as a favor. You are a joke.
My experience as a tourist in search for rabic vaccin : the two old ladies will not make any effort if you're not Italian. Eventually, only the young brunette was helpful and able to speak a few words of english. I don't recommend.
Great to have a local pharmacy operating 24/7, however: €7 for a lip balm, something you find (of the same quality) in every supermarket for a price fluctuating between 50c and €1 is simply a rip off. The embarased face of the pharmacist when I complained about this non sense speaks for her company policy

I phone on Sunday morning asking to know if they have formula milk for babies specifically for allergies before going there to no avail because I know that no pharmacy has it in house and it has to be ordered. An employee responded to me in an annoyed manner, telling me: - Madam, tell me straight away why there are people. Of course, I tell her the name of the product and while I'm on the line I hear her comments: -They don't give you time to work, the phone is dead this morning! In the meantime I hear the sounds of the keyboard while he searches on the computer and then adds talking to some colleague... he hung up, anyway we have him, if he calls back tell him. To which I keep repeating: Hello I'm online!!! Ready…. I send my husband to the pharmacy to collect the product. Unheard of rudeness! I didn't call to find out if you have an anti-aging cream on Sunday morning but for something definitely essential! Bad, bad experience, I hope I never have to go back again!
