Good, precise and kind. In the moments of greatest influx, perhaps an extra employee would be good, so as not to spend the lunch break waiting in queues
I have been using them since they moved next door to Esselunga Parma. The staff are all employees. Everyone was very welcoming, kind and helpful. I also purchase various food supplements and I'm happy with them. The venue is not very large compared to the volume of customers and the potential it could have. However the queue is quite smooth.
Since they changed the staff is really BAD!. Usually when the previous staff was there (I remember a lady) I went to Via Fleming on weekdays and to Via dei Mille on holidays. But now after having had several unpleasant experiences in via flemming, I will only go to via de mille (which is still municipal LIoyds). As in all professions and trades, it is essential to act with common sense and not just with bureaucratic rigor.
Competent and friendly staff. I have gone to this pharmacy several times having my doctor there by my side and I must say that I have always felt good. A very kind doctor who served me most of the times, her name is Arianna
The staff is not welcoming to the customer and shows intolerant attitudes
