I often go to this pharmacy and I must say that all the staff are very competent and courteous, especially the owner who is always available

I have always frequented this small pharmacy, with good and kind doctors. Special mention for Cristina, always very cute

In a hurry or I forgot the receipt... I went back or checked that the price of the product for the hats costs 10 euros more or asked if I could return the product, the owner's surname Perri is something of the sort who is aggressive towards me as well as the other person who they did the same, explaining to me that no drug can be reversed... when mine was not a drug, just a product as mentioned before!!! They never come to feel the customer is feeling better... they always leave with the certainty that there are a lot of badly behaved staff without a minimum of empathy!

In response to the feedback from Baldini pharmacy, I attach photos of the transaction for the Medical Device ************************************************** ************** Two of the most usual activities of the Pharmacy are finding the medicine as prescribed and asking for your tax code before getting paid, so that the deductions go automatically to the tax agency. And this is important especially if you are forced to pay 123 Euros. Well, the pharmacist who waited for me found the medicine and sent it to me in the afternoon, after asking me to pay in advance, but didn't ask me for my tax code; I forgot in the rush of the day, and now my 2023 tax return is unnecessarily complicated.

One of the blonde pharmacists was very grumpy with me, as if it were a crime to be sick, and asking me who had prescribed the medicines I asked for. It takes tact and kindness with people who are hurting.
