A historic pharmacy, where you feel welcomed and listened to. They are very professional and kind. Even in the future, I will always go to them.
I enter this pharmacy only for convenience because it is located a few meters from my house and I ask for a syrup. I am made ugly by the staff (two women of a certain age), in front of the other customers, as before asking for the syrup I would have had to have a Covid swab (sic!) and also a mask. These people don't know me, don't know anything about my medical history, and didn't ask any questions about it (and I wouldn't have been required to answer anyway). Terrible manners and embarrassing chauvinism (my partner went to the same pharmacy a couple of weeks ago with the same request, without a swab and without a mask, and was served by the same people without any problems). They think they are the police, rude, inappropriate, I will never go back there again, fortunately Milan is full of pharmacies with competent staff. TO BE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I give one star only for the courtesy of the staff, but at the level of shameful prices. I can't explain how a small roll of bandage costs 6 euros, a roll of plaster 6 euros, three plasters 10! But what is a jewelry store? If I get a haircut and want to get it treated in Milan, do you have to pay a minimum of 30 euros?
In response to Mr. Bernini (owner of the terrible pharmacy in via Plinio). Dear Mr. Bernini, I realize that receiving a review of this type is not pleasant, I therefore advise you to train your employees in education and professionalism, so as to make people look ugly by attributing to them non-existent illnesses or presumed lack of civic sense ( which exist, in fact, only in the imagination of its seasoned employees, who know nothing about the undersigned), is not acceptable. This morning the interaction with these two "ladies" was truly unpleasant, which is why I will never set foot in your shop again. And why should I have turned to her (who wasn't even present and we don't even know each other?) instead of doing this review? Reviews of such behavior are necessary, in order to prevent other people from finding themselves in embarrassing situations despite themselves. Final note: Mr. Bernini's pharmacy, champion of the civic sense of others, DOES NOT PERFORM swabs. I repeat: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I have been going to this pharmacy all my life, everyone is always very kind, welcoming and ready to resolve any request.
