Dtt. Stefano is English speaker and good, nice doctor. Kathy also, and boss Erica. They don't close at lunch, have morning Sunday hours. Near metro Lima (red) & buses 60, 81, 92, V. Eustachi, Plunio/Vitruvio, Corso Buenosares, Abruzzi. Life-savers.

Very helpful pharmacist

Really unpleasant service I will never go back again. Reading many other comments, I fully agree - I have never previously encountered such an opinionated and unprofessional attitude in a moment of small difficulty in a pharmacy. I'm really surprised by this attitude because the area is FULL of pharmacies. It almost seems like customers are annoying! I'm also sorry because you can see the change in management a lot, before I had always had a good time.

I live in the area and I have tried 3 times to go but they are always rude and annoyed. Last week I had to do an urgent blood sugar test (we're talking about a 1 minute test, then done in another pharmacy) and they sent me away saying that it had to be booked and that they didn't have time. Too bad it was completely empty, he just wasn't interested in making it. Not recommended

I'm giving it five stars, but it deserves ten. It's not the most convenient pharmacy for me, but it's the one I always go to because the staff is extremely kind, competent and patient. And if sometimes you have to wait in line, it's only because pharmacists dedicate themselves to customers, taking the time to advise them on the best.
