Farmacia Bassini

I had an unfortunate and alarming experience this evening at this pharmacy. I completed home COVID home tests on my family and had four of the six family members positive. I went to this pharmacy to have the provincial/official antigen tests for my family. They refused to do the antigen test on my four children and told me to find a specialist who does antigen tests for children. We asked him to do the antigen test on my husband, who was positive during the home test. He was very annoyed to do the test. He reluctantly agreed, and then merely touched my husbands nostril with the swab. The test was negative because he did not perform his medical duties correctly. We urged him that he was in fact positive, and also showing symptoms. He dismissed us, ISSUED HIS GREEN PASS and said he was negative. We then drove to another local pharmacy, and my husband retested. Unfortunately because of this negligent pharmacy the other pharmacy can’t even load this positive test result. I would really question the morals, ethics and level of competency of this pharmacy.

My daughter was able to take the quick antigen test without waiting. The pharmacist was very kind. Thank you!
