Most pharmacists are haughty, proud and try in every possible way to avoid distributing a NON-over-the-counter drug, without the request of the GP, which can potentially be dangerous... for them, from a criminal point of view.

Unfortunately, education and kindness are not at home. Living in the area, for convenience I often turned to this pharmacy but I don't think they know how to treat the customer with a minimum of respect. I also work every day in contact with the public and I understand well that there can be people and situations that put patience to the test. But in this case the simple request for information on a drug or a device or any other related information becomes a sermon on bad habits, warnings, warnings on personal behavior relating to the treatment of one's health and person. All with reproachful tones, often ironic or sarcastic, and an air of arrogance. And this happened to me every time, so much so that today I decided it would be the last and that I would gladly take a few more steps next time. Except for only one short, brunette lady, who is always available, fast and friendly, it's a shame that the remaining employees are really rude. Never again.

Last minute tampon…overpaid! Well the rapid swab vultures are back despite the federfarma circular to keep the price of swabs at €15 even from April 1st, here in Lorenteggio the arbitrary choice to pay €20, "because it's Sunday" argued the pharmacist...but not he opened it for me! I frequently take swabs even on Sundays, and never have I ever been teased like that! Considering the cost of a few euros for a do-it-yourself kit exactly the same as those used in the pharmacy (which however issues certification, so you pay for that signature on the paper as if it were Picasso's autograph), the hunger for money that has always characterized the Pharma sector returns to manifest itself squalidly in the face of the health needs of customers forced to submit to the abuses of the libertinism of pharmacists on whom the state does not definitively impose a brake... what can I say... €5 less in my pocket does not make me poor, but the their thirst for money is really sleazy, and with that extra €5 in their coffers they paid for a nice review! Everyone must know this, so as not to arrive unprepared like me! Never again in Lorenteggio 208!
