Shameful to say the least! Yesterday I called the pharmacy to ask about the availability of the drug Vimpat, for those who don't know it is an essential anticonvulsant at the moment for the therapy of my father who has undergone brain surgery. The pharmacist answers me at I phone, check the availability of the original drug and he replies: I'm sorry, it's missing and we can't help you. I ask to check the availability of the generic and angrily replies that it is available. I continue to ask for information on booking the medicine and, quite annoyed, the pharmacist replies that the pharmacy is full and he cannot be with me on the phone. I am also a pharmacist and I worked for 2 years in a pharmacy in Rome, certainly in my short career in this sector I will have made my mistakes but I would never have allowed myself to respond like that to a customer especially since it is an essential drug for survival of a patient. To become a pharmacist you need a degree. To become a good pharmacist you need empathy.

Requested a galenic preparation which had an absurd increase, they gave me the "salty" jar which had 40 tablets less than the prescription. I come back and ask if there were 80 on the recipe because I remembered 120 and only then do they tell me that the others will be ready on Friday. I just hope that the price already paid includes the missing ones.

the owner and the staff of the pharmacy offer an excellent service and I have always been a satisfied customer with the only exception of a doctor (dark hair and glasses) who has always been unfriendly and unpleasant, until this happened to me as an adult I tolerated it but when it started to affect my 7 year old son too I no longer accepted it. I no longer feel like recommending this pharmacy, if you are not capable of being friendly, it is better not to do a job in contact with the public.

All the staff were friendly and prepared. Always ready to advise. Pharmacy full of services and offers. I have been a customer since I lived in the neighborhood and I have happily seen the business expand its spaces and services

Pharmacy recently opened, but present in the neighborhood for years in another location. New and modern structure, clean and very usable. Specialized staff, helpful and smiling and always ready to advise if necessary. In this difficult moment, communication through online services is excellent. I highly recommend it.
