This is quite an expensive pharmacy. Make sure you ask for prices that aren't marked.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT TAB HERE (or anything else) I was positive for covid and asymptomatic I went to the pharmacy to take the swab so that the negative test was recorded as required by the Tuscany Region. I get in the queue at 7.30 (20 people). 8.30 am the pharmacy is not yet open. At 8.50 I manage to pay and they put me in a new queue for the swab which is carried out at 10.30. Negative. Everything OK? No. Because after a week the result of the swab WAS NOT RECORDED: I still test positive and my green pass is suspended. I go to the pharmacy again at 6.20pm, I speak to a manager who understands my situation and tells me to wait until 7pm and that the doctor will sort everything out. I wait 40 minutes on the street. At 7pm the doctor has not arrived and is requested by telephone. As soon as he arrives, a shocking half-hour argument begins whose substance is: "it's the system's fault" (I quote) "you should have asked for the certificate to be printed" "pay to take another swab", all peppered with bad words. It was crazy. When I took the swab I was told that it would be registered on the regional portal and the pass would be reactivated. I was not offered any "paper certificate" (and in any case it is absolutely not true that my GP could have registered the negative test with the paper certificate). Going so far as to blame me because I didn't request the paper (queuing for the third time?) is ridiculous. Blaming "the system" is ridiculous. Saying that "I did my job" is ridiculous. Being incapable of empathy towards a person who has been positive and in isolation for 20 days and is just asking for the service he paid for to be performed correctly is embarrassing. I expect attention to the customer even from a clothing store clerk, I expect respect and competence from a pharmacist. I found arrogance, unavailability, intolerance and an unbearable screech from those who try to cling to blame by blaming the region, me, the newspapers and anyone when it was enough to say "I don't know what happened, I'm sorry, let's carry out a new swab and best wishes" ". I had been coming to this pharmacy for years, never been friendly but it was tolerable. From now on I won't even come to buy a cotton swab. EDIT: the next day I went to another facility, I waited 1 hour instead of 2, I got the result in 15 minutes and I was given information on how to get my green pass back in case of problems. The only ones who are delusional are you and your response proves it, in the meantime enjoy the swab business while it lasts, then you'll have to try to treat customers decently

Of course, when I was in a hurry, your machine cheated me of €6 (after "dispense change" had also come out at the end of the timer) and didn't even give me the receipt to prove it. Only after having stolen the money did a small text appear on the display stating that the change was not available. Since the change wasn't available at least the receipt always had to be. It's used to steal money, in short.

yesterday morning the masks of reason had not yet arrived, they would have arrived in the early pm. came back to ask around 4.15pm, THEY WERE ALREADY finished. same music in another neighborhood pharmacy, this time at 9:45, ARRIVED AND ALREADY FINISHED. around 5.20pm I walk a few hundred meters, I arrive at the pharmacy in viale gramsci, already from the queue you can tell that they are distributing the coveted items, I FINALLY GET MY FIRST 5 MASKS.!!!! my trust and loyalty as a customer WILL NEVER BE either for the pharmacy I am reviewing or for the second one in the neighborhood. IT IS CLEAR that even just to buy a patch I WILL WALK a few hundred meters further and I'll go to the FEDEMA PHARMACY viale gramsci
