Farmacia Capannelle

After asking for the availability of a drug, I left 35 kilometers away, and upon my arrival the pharmacist remembers to tell me that the drug requires a prescription. Was it too difficult to say over the phone? Once I had expressed my doubts, would it have been too harsh to admit that I had made a mistake and apologize?? Unfortunately, those who live on people's pain have no conscience and less and less professionalism. Compliments

Stopping at this pharmacy (where I often go because it's close to my mother's house) I asked for a vitamin D supplement which was denied to me because I didn't have a doctor's prescription...perhaps the pharmacist isn't aware that for the products counter (and the supplement is since it is also sold in supermarkets) the recipe is not required! I don't think I will go there again nor will I recommend it. Little professionalism.

The pharmacy is not very big but has great products and a wide variety of medications and toiletries...excellent service and help from the employees...it's the best in the area...

Close-knit, kind and competent staff, always available for explanations and to listen to the needs of the interlocutor even when closing time is approaching. Continuous opening 7 days a week (Mon-Sat 8am-8pm, Sunday and holidays 8.30am-8pm). One of the best pharmacies in Rome. Highly recommended!
