Good morning, let's clarify things a little!! I read about people present at something that happened on October 11th at the pharmacy, let's say that I don't remember all these people!!!!! Since I was there. On that occasion I explained to you gentlemen (Mauro and Domizia) some things but I now notice that they preferred to omit. Let's get to the facts. The pharmacists!!! In that pharmacy at the time of the incident there was only one pharmacist, and one responsible for the cup. The pharmacist (who I remind you has a degree in pharmaceuticals and not in medicine) was serving customers, it was other customers who provided assistance to the lady, who was not in danger of life, Dr. Ssa repeatedly told her to call an ambulance because she had hit her head violently. The aforementioned doctor approached Mrs Ester twice who didn't want to go to hospital! The aforementioned doctor also brought ice to the lady! This is always interspersed with the work to be done in the pharmacy. As explained, there are rules (which can be verified at the pharmacy) the first aid kit is for internal use... strange but that's how it is. The water... no one heard that the doctor responded by saying that unfortunately she didn't have a glass (.... I think the gentlemen didn't hear many things). I myself offered to take the lady home, like others. Let's say that the doctor was too dutiful to duty, and to Farmacap rules, including the issue of closure (which has very precise and verifiable rules). In any case, the doctor closed the pharmacy with people inside for safety reasons. Mr. Mauro was not thrown out but rather it was decided to let him out to wait for the ambulance which arrived within a few minutes. The nurses (2) entered the pharmacy to check on Mrs. Ester, and they were the ones who took the lady to the ambulance. After this the doctor closed the pharmacy and not before (and let's point out that the pharmacy paid for the ice and no one else). I would like to point out that what has been said here publicly has already been reported to the General Directorate of Farmacap. This is because I have read things that are not consistent with the facts.

I was present last night, the Doctor behaved professionally, and the ambulance arrived, and we who were present went out since it was closing. Only the lady inside, injured

I indicate only one star because otherwise I would not have been able to review......anything but stars!!!! And a pharmacy that they should close down. Staff devoid of humanity who do not provide assistance to those who enter into emergency situations and difficulties. Shameful!!!!! And we're talking about doctors!

What happened today was very serious. The doctor we found didn't want to sell us the aulin prescribed by the doctor with a prescription!!! Absurd behavior, not to mention worthy of denunciation. Needless to say, it was enough to change pharmacy to find kindness, availability and above all a pharmacist who sold the prescribed medicine. We will report the incident to the competent offices. I advise anyone who reads not to go near him even for an ointment.
