My review is due to the long waits and the lack of precision of information. On a positive note, I find the text alert service and the courtesy of the staff convenient. On a negative note, I find the service at the checkout sometimes too "slow" with accumulations of people waiting. Furthermore, for swabs, I understand that you have a shortage of staff and that it is therefore more difficult to respond to users from this point of view, but I have been told to "try to come by at the end of the shift". I showed up at around 7.38pm and was told that it was too late to process the bureaucratic part (which in other places I see is handled abundantly in the 20 minutes that probably separated us from closing)... "come tomorrow". So I showed up the next day around 10am and was told that it was very difficult, that there was a long wait to clear the line (3 people in the pharmacy) and that the person in charge of the swabs was alone (there However, there were 2 other figures in the shop who I believe could carry on the work at the checkout while the professional dedicated to swabs could leave for the swab, as happened in another pharmacy). In short, I repeat, certainly courtesy of the staff but little organization and communication (it would be better to communicate that swabs are NOT done or that they are only done at certain times)

I have been a user of this pharmacy since it opened. I talk to them very often. The doctors and staff are very kind people. The system of direct sending of emails relating to pharmaceutical prescriptions and the possibility of requesting products via WhatsApp is very convenient! There must be a reason why I am one of the most loyal customers😅😅😅😅 on 🔝! Thank you

I wanted to buy normal OKi 80mg 30 sachets. The "doctor" didn't want to see it without a prescription... So she sold me some okitask 40 mg 20 sachets... But as in other pharmacies I have always bought Oki without any problem... I stopped at another pharmacy where they sold me OKI... The scam is that OKITASK sold it to me for €1080 But they sold me the normal OKI for €4.25. So she is not a doctor... She is nothing more than an unscrupulous saleswoman... She saw that I'm not Italian so you made fun of me.. Bad very bad...

I had gone to 3 pharmacies to get a swab without success, until I found this pharmacy near Ikea, where they put me in even though I wasn't booked and they were about to close. What can I say, I cannot help but thank all the staff for their availability and professionalism.

Slow as hell!! If you are in a hurry, change pharmacy. They start talking to customers as if we were at the bar... News: 4 people on duty, pharmacy full, only two pharmacists serving...
