I went to this pharmacy twice. The staff is welcoming and extremely kind. The employees in the perfumery department, Stefania and Paolo, politely look after all customers; even those like me who are particularly demanding. The doctors are empathetic and helpful. A special applause to Dr. Caperna Stefano, a trained and competent pharmacist. Even though I don't live in the area, I will definitely be back.

I get along very well with them every day, they are always serious and helpful, nice and friendly. I can always pay with a debit card. They are all professional. Paolo exceptional and the pharmacists Stefano Cavour Lucio Francesca Alessia and Dr. Simona and Marco all really fantastic Highly recommended

If you are looking for a pharmacy in Rome, the excellence is the Capecci pharmacy. I recently moved there and they made me feel at home. Maximum professionalism and competence, availability and understanding, especially patients, but their peculiarity is that when you leave you feel relieved, they are cheerful and together with the service provided they delicately crack a joke to lift your spirits!
