The staff here couldn't be nicer. They helped us in a moment of desperation trying to find a covid test and were so beyond helpful. My mother and I are healthcare workers in the US- these tests were done CORRECTLY and NOT aggressively as people state. They are quick. Got the results within 20 minutes both a printed and stamped copy for the US, as well as an email green pass that made our lives much easier in Milan.

I have been to this pharmacy 4 times for their antigen covid tests in order to travel and have always had a good experience. It can be hard to find a place to take a test and this one is in the city center and operates from the desk at the entrance of the pharmacy. I have always gotten my results within 30 min of arriving and found the staff friendly and cautious to make the "brain swab" as painless as possible :)

Very cruel and traumatic experience. Don't do here an antigen test by the black-haired woman. She pushes the stick so deep in your nose that it causes severe pain. Other customer were also treated very roughly. It even made a woman cry. If that's not enough, the woman was even laughed at by her. Seems like she is having fun hurting other people. The pure horror. The pharmacy should pay more attention to who they hire. In addition, I had to wait an entire hour before I received the test certificate. Honestly worse than in a horror movie..

Many thanks to the Missori Pharmacy, the Liberatore doctors and their collaborators are competent and always available to solve problems with great kindness. Pharmacy for stocked and unavailable drugs are ordered and delivered even in a few hours, continuous opening hours. A true certainty!
