Very rude and unprofessional staff. Me and my friends were in middle of conversation and the blonde lady cut us off asking if we need help, we said no politely after that we asked for help but she replied that she asked us and we said no!

I wanted to go upstairs to see what they have. I was actually looking for a specific item but i am used to shops, especially if it says “Boots”, where i browse though by myself or ask for assistance if i wanted to. However here, the old woman did not even allow me to go up, saying that i should tell them what i was looking for and could not go there. Such shocking service! It has never happened to me (and i am a seasoned traveler and have been to many countries) not be allowed to go another floor of the shop! Unfortunately, some Italian people live up to their reputation of being xenophobic, in my view.

The pharmacy staff here is so rude and unfair! I came in and waited to be served for 20 minutes because of the previous customer who bought a lot of things and by the time it was my turn they just told me it is closed and we were still in line inside the store! They should have said they cannot serve the other customers beforehand. Instead they made us wait inside (which didnt make sense) and spent so much time serving a customer who bought lots of cosmetic and beauty products! And i had to buy a a medicine! If the transaction involves a big amout they serve the customer even if it is about to close at the expense of other customers!

Very poor experience. The pharmacist did not even bother to understand what I was saying. Condescending from "you should not forget your medications when you travel" (newsflash - my bag that had among other things my medications and passport was stolen in your wonderful Milano) to "I do not know where a GP is". As a pharmacist you are obliged to help people, not to be a doormat to their expectations and requests of course. But frankly this young lady was plain rude. I can only hope when she is travelling and requires something to receive the same treatment.

Called near closing time for a rapid test. Dr. Giuseppe stayed after hours to give us the tests we needed to get home the next day. He was amazing and saved the day. We tried to give him a tip for the huge favor and he graciously declined. Thank you!
