I called in hoping for some anti inflammatory tablets for muscle pain. I was welcomed with a smile and the older gentleman (Yanne) who was the pharmacist was wonderful. He spoke a little English which made it easy for me, such true old fashioned service. He was so kind. Highly recommend this pharmacy if you are in the area and needing pharmacy items. Will return when next in Milan to say Hello. He was such a nice kind man.
Extremely rude, unprofessional staff, especially o foreigners. The person serving me litteraly yelled at me "Don't tell me how to do my job" because I was trying to explain him which specific confection I needed. He called me "stupid" when I said I prefered going somewhere else where they treated customers better. You will find others pharmacies way more professional and nice walking few metter away !
If you want an old pharmacist telling you off this is the place to go :) i tried to tell him that his reviews are bad because they shouldn’t talk to people in need like this but he raised his voice and continued to talk over us
A very small pharmacy in the center of Milan. I think it might be a family business as Dr. Sandro & his daughter Silvia and all the staff helped me a lot! I ordered a medicine that i forgot home, as I am a tourist here, I had my prescription and in the evening I went to pick it up! This madea huge difference to my vacation! Expect an old-fashioned approach and be patient and all will solve well! Other foreign tourists were in pharmacy and all were served! Same for locals!
If you are a foreigner I highly recommend you do not come to this pharmacy. I clearly asked for vitamin C and my receipt even says vitamin C. However, what I received was a multi-vitamin B, which is not what I needed (my mom was dealing with a cold and I wanted to prevent it transferring to me). I came back for a refund, and they vehemently and rudely refused to exchange the products, saying it was "fiscal law". Although it is impossible to say for certain, I think they abuse communication barriers to trick foreigners into buying expensive and, in my case, completely different products. For your own good, avoid these sleazy, micro-aggressing, racists. There's a perfectly good pharmacy located on the other side of the street, a short walk to the left, operated by a nice and helpful woman that won't cheat you.
