Very nice and professional pharmacy. They helped us find another open and available pharmacy so we could get a rapid test to travel internationally next day. They do offer test in the mornings and nights.
I asked for PCR test that accepted in airport, the pharmacist Maria told me yes we do the one accepted everywhere (with full confidence) Then when I went to airport they told me this one is not accepted. I had to book another flight and do express test at the same time in the airport which is very expensive. Very disappointed for this non professional act from pharmacist, shame that she care only for money!
Great professionalism. The pharmacist Dr. Silvano who served me was very kind and patient.
In the new location. Very kind to recommend a parapharmacy product with a 43% markup compared to the market price 👏👏 ... never again...
I show up to take the Covid swab without a reservation, since I had called and they confirmed that they would do them without a reservation. It's 2 degrees outside, I'm pregnant and I ask the - if I can call her that - doctor to skip the queue given my condition and the shocking cold. She replies that I have to queue like everyone else, I explain to her that I can't get cold, so I get to wait standing inside the pharmacy, at least I'm warm. Luckily there were only 5 people in front of me... What can I say? Even though this pharmacy is behind my office they will NEVER see me again.
