Stinking attitude. During holiday I stood in front of this place while a family member bought ice cream next door, only to have the owner/employee come out angrily ranting in my face in Italian, when I told them I didn't understand they switched to English demanding I move away from their shop front at once, as if I had committed a grave crime just standing there for a brief moment.

Courtesy and kindness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But regarding the prices of very expensive common drugs, I know we are in via Torino but it's crazy, the same drug in another pharmacy costs 5 euros less. We also need to start visiting pharmacies like we do with supermarkets.🫣

Today my wife went to this pharmacy to buy some medicine for me. The "lady" at the counter behaved rudely towards my wife, pretending not to understand what product my wife was trying to buy. At one point he even added: "it must be something you find in your country!", even though my wife showed the paper written in Italian, by an Italian doctor. My wife is black, a British citizen, and speaks Italian fluently. She was treated badly from A to Z, starting from the fact that the pharmacist referred to essay with "you" and not with "she". How is this behavior possible in 2023? Shame, I strongly advise against that shop. Today my wife went to this chemist, as she needed to buy a medicine for me. The "lady" at the counter was really rude to my wife, as she kept telling her she won't understand what my wife was trying to purchase. At one point she even said: "it must be something that you find in your country!". My wife is black, UK citizen and speaks Italian fluently. She was treated badly from A to Z, starting from the fact that she was spoken with "tu" rather than "she". How is this kind of attitude possible in the year 2023? Shame on you!!! I suggest people to go shopping somewhere else.

I purchased a product yesterday at 7pm (it wasn't a drug), this morning I went to have the product changed (I'm intolerant), he rudely insinuated in front of people that I had diluted the product with water (if it has never been opened and you can tell from the PERFECTLY INTACT packaging, maybe they diluted it?). An experience like this has never happened in 24 years of my life...
