The condom vending machine appears to be working, but today it did not provide me with the product I purchased despite accepting the money (providing the correct change). Given the very high prices of the distributor, it is unacceptable that it also presents these problems, without providing a receipt or other proof for refunds.

Egr. Dr. Caruso, anyone who knew your parents cannot help but remember their composure and elegance, qualities that apparently do not belong to you. Making a move like this yesterday on a customer (my mother) much older than her who has known her since she was a kid, for 10 euros which she didn't get any change for, I find it truly deplorable. You don't mortify someone over eighty like that, even if they were wrong. I hope my parents never set foot in your pharmacy again.
