Definitely a negative experience. On Saturday morning, after patiently waiting in line, I was greeted with a snort instead of a good morning. I just wanted to ask for information on a drug that had been prescribed to my daughter in the emergency room, but I didn't even have time to speak, not even time to explain what I wanted, which the annoyed pharmacist told me - but on a Saturday morning! - I don't understand, but can't you feel sick on Saturday morning and need medicine? However I felt so mortified.. I left without even asking my question and still saying goodbye politely. I understand that working in the public sector is very difficult and stressful, but you must be aware that smiles and kindness are the calling card of the place where you work. Thank you
I have been frequenting this pharmacy for some time and have always found polite, friendly and helpful staff. UNTIL THIS MORNING, when I went in to make a purchase and found a customer with obvious flu symptoms. I took out the mask and the pharmacist present spontaneously started a tirade against the use of masks which took away everyone's immune defenses, with such vehemence that after an initial exchange of words I paid (because there was a other pharmacist otherwise I would have given up on the purchase) and I went out to prevent the character in question, red as a pepper, from falling ill. I only have one question: what's the point of keeping a character like that out to the public? I give 1 star only out of respect for the pharmacist
The pharmacy is well stocked and the staff was absolutely courteous, helpful and prepared in recommending the most suitable products to meet my needs! Unfortunately, it is not a given to find courtesy and competence, but in this pharmacy, I found both of these characteristics!!!😊😊
Very well stocked pharmacy. Highly professional and helpful staff. In particular, I thank you for the courtesy and availability of the owner who, with great humanity, was able to give me very valid advice. ! A thousand thanks !
The worst pharmacy in the city of Grosseto. Incompetence is the word of the day I'm in quarantine due to Covid, I sent a friend of mine to this pseudo pharmacy to get the medicines I need with the prescription on my phone... and he didn't want to sell the medicines because he didn't have the paper prescription Which I don't have either at the moment. Half asleep in the woods... obviously in my opinion a person frustrated with the life he leads and totally without the attributes to work. If they don't change personnel... it will surely be the next store to fail in a shopping center where everyone fails.
