Incompetent. I sent my partner to get some diluted atropine for my son, prescribed by the ophthalmologist. My partner was very keen on the fact that the product had to be diluted and prepared in the pharmacy. Result: the pharmacist sells him a product with a concentration 100 times higher, assuring him that it was the one in the prescription and that there was no need to prepare it. Unfortunately, trusting the pharmacist, we used the product and now my son has black pupils since yesterday like when he goes for the visit. What if it had been a more dangerous product? Pure madness... I'm outraged...

Incompetent pharmacists. I returned three times within an hour because none of the drugs they suggested had worked. The third time I asked for a specific one (since their suggestions were useless) and the BLONDE pharmacist with helmet and glasses, annoyed by what had happened, interrupted the conversation between me and the colleague who was serving me, saying that she had sold the last box (of the drug I requested) just before, complete with a wink to his colleague. Faced with this scene I DEMANDED that they give me that drug and in the end "magically" they found it. If I hadn't insisted, they would have sent me away empty-handed despite the pressing need. Nothing else to add except… SUCKS.

Rude, obnoxious and things cost 3 times as much. Covid swabs at 7.90 each when in other pharmacies they pay 1.30 Stretch yourself by going to the parapharmacy in citylife which is much more honest

I found myself buying medicines at this pharmacy by chance. I was very satisfied with the staff who worked there, as they were very polite and above all they tried to find me a solution to a small problem of mine.

Rude and unprofessional. After having asked a sales assistant for a medicine which for two years was given to me without any prescription, and without any problems, another pharmacist intervenes (not consulted) and, with a pedantic air, begins a series of questions including age and, once he answered, raising his eyebrows he specified that he almost didn't believe it. After insisting on my age, and explaining that until the week before they were giving me the medicine without a prescription, I was asked over and over again who among those present had given it to me. Once the "culprit" had been identified, I was told that "THE DOCTOR SOMETIMES (to me for two years) GIVES MEDICATION WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION TO DO HIS CUSTOMERS A FAVOR". This sentence is already absurd; a medicine either requires a prescription or not. In any case, I insist on asking you to do me this "favor" as the medicine is urgent and it is now Friday afternoon, but the pharmacist, evidently upset due to her own problems, or completely lacking in sympathy and certainly in education, in a pedantic manner tells me that he can't give me the medicine, and I have to go to my doctor to get it. But the problem is not the fact that the medicine was not given to me, but the tones used, the pedantic air, the absurd phrase that only demonstrates inconsistency and lack of professionalism and above all the last phrase that was addressed to me. In fact, pointing out that it was Friday afternoon, the medicine was urgent, that it had always been given to me without prescriptions (to tell them as a favor) and that the doctor's office that could have supplied it to me was closed and moreover in PUGLIA, the answer was " I DO NOT CARE". Conclusion is that in my opinion a professional and self-respecting business, in addition to not having to show favoritism, must first of all respect the customer. I don't think that with an adult things would have gone the same way, I don't think that the tones would have been the same, above all I don't think there would have been the initial interrogation that there was with me. Bottom line, I don't think I'll ever set foot there again.
