This morning I took a regularly booked swab (and paid for it in advance). Since after an hour I still hadn't received the code (to save paper I only asked for the code, which I received from other pharmacies within ten minutes) I went back to the pharmacy again, where a very rude lady refused to check that the telephone number I left had not been misread, stating that the swab colleague had gone home, ensuring that everything was fine and that she certainly couldn't do everything alone (the pharmacy was completely empty at the time) . I left her surname and mobile number again, and Mrs S. told me to come back in the afternoon or to try calling, and for an hour and a half (it's 4.51pm) I've been trying to call but the pharmacy phone it turns out to be disconnected because the line drops immediately (and in any case the lady, if there were problems during the check, could also call me or send me the code herself). I am therefore forced to get back on the road and go to the pharmacy again which, being the only one open in this part of the city, will be full of customers. I consider the above to be extremely incorrect conduct and I hope not to be forced to call the police to obtain a service that I have paid for and that I need for work.
