Rude staff. Brunette woman on her phone rolling her eyes.
The staff are very unhelpful and blatantly rude to foreigners, even if you speak Italian!!! They don’t listen to your question or inquiry or concern and just tell you what you should buy even if you ask for a medication you know you prefer or works for your body. On top of that, service is very slow and they talk a very long time with locals and dismiss anyone who isn’t a regular customer. Worst pharmacy in Milano!
Super kind, helpful staff, was able to do tamponi COVID test before an international light without prenotazioni reservation and everyone very kind and helpful.
Very helpfull staff
I often went to this pharmacy with a fair amount of experience. The last time I had an extremely rude, opinionated pharmacist who treated me like an idiot just because I was asking questions to which, given his super technical answer, I didn't understand the answers. “I've already told you, it's not difficult! ” Rolling his eyes. Never again despite it being a pharmacy that is always open and stocked. Goodbye!
