In this pharmacy the doctors are very kind and are always ready to give you the best advice. I have been their customer for many years. I highly recommend it.
One of the worst pharmacies in Milan... all the girls, or doctors, as they claim to be called, work without empathy and kindness towards customers: Know-it-alls, rude and, above all, presumptuous. I believe that availability and kindness should reign in places like this but here, apart from finding drugs and products with higher prices, you can't find anything else! I hope that management changes or they adapt to the climate that reigns in the new area of Isola: KINDNESS and AVAILABILITY. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED
Excellent experience today: there were some bureaucratic problems, but with availability and flexibility, they were overcome, with full customer satisfaction. In short... efficient and nice, Dr. Valentina, who came to meet me with the swab, late in the morning.
