24 hours availability and they always have everything we need! Staff there is great and extremely helpful! I was looking for a very specific face wash and the guy couldn’t find it, so instead of telling me to look elsewhere, he got my info and will research an alternative to the one I’m using now!

Let me start by saying that I went to this pharmacy at night and therefore I understand that it is natural that the tiredness of those on duty can set in (this is why I give 2 stars and not 1), but despite the fact that I went with a sheet of paper in the hands of the two very common drugs that I needed, the doctor who was on duty, despite having immediately found these drugs, was really slow, especially in the payment process (she didn't understand that I wanted to pay with postepay in contactless mode via the phone) it took a really long time to pay for those drugs!!! I had the taxi that had accompanied me waiting for me and therefore I had to pay a very high amount! I'm sorry, I hope it is no longer necessary, even in an emergency the next time, rather I will refer you to a more distant pharmacy. I was very tired and exhausted too, I wanted to go home straight away!
I am very happy to leave a five star review for the pharmacy and Dr. Michela. I had the opportunity to use their services and was extremely satisfied. First of all, the pharmacy is a clean place, well organized and stocked with everything you need. I have always found the drugs and products I was looking for without problems. The pharmacy staff has always been courteous, helpful and ready to answer my questions. Their professionalism and ability to offer helpful advice was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I would like to praise Dr. Michela. His medical expertise is beyond question. He provided me with thorough advice, answered all my questions and showed great empathy and care towards me. His ability to communicate clearly and understandably made the experience very enjoyable. In general, both the pharmacy and Dr. Michela offer excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality medical care or medications. I am grateful for their commitment to ensuring my well-being and that of the local community. Thank you!
