This pharmacy made me so sad and miserable. I visited here on 4th March 2024. The woman in dark brown hair was so disrespectful to me. I gently asked for a receipt which she didn’t give me, but she aggressively blamed me and kept saying she gave the receipt to me. I’m 100% sure she didn’t give me the receipt but she kept saying that receipt was issued. However, whether the receipt was issued or not is not the problem. The problem is whether she handed the receipt to me or not. She or this pharmacy can blame me only after they check a CCTV and make sure I received the receipt. And her attitude was also the problem. As I mentioned before, I gently asked her to give me the receipt, but she treated me badly, like throwing the receipt and keep blaming me in front of other people. I visited Rome for the first time and got sick, and be treated badly by random pharmacist. I’m super sad. I’ll not recommend to use this pharmacy, if you want to have a receipt.
Service is really nice from the pharmacist. She provided answers clearly and decided which option is suitable for the patient. Impresssive

I ended up in this pharmacy by chance, I found high professionalism and great kindness, they solved my problem with great accuracy. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return. Thanks again for everything .
