I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Roberta who was helpful, professional and welcoming. Great service and very quick too!
Slow to serve. With people queuing we talk at length about Rava and the broad bean. I stay because I need it otherwise I would have already left. To be avoided
Never again a swab from them. I show up at 7.30pm, the time I booked and paid for in advance, only to find out that they tell everyone to show up at that time! So you queue outside in the cold and frost. Inhuman treatment, if you are not sick you become sick waiting outside. Have staggered entries or give out tickets with numbers to allow people to wait in their cars!
The pharmacists are professional, and very attentive to the customer/patient. More than one piece of advice has saved us from wasting time and bureaucratic delays. Very attentive to relationships and prevention. Fantastic!
