On a Sunday as a pharmacy on duty, I call early in the morning to take a swab. A record answers me and says that "the swabs are done in the morning and that in the morning it is open until 12.45". Based on what I heard, I go around 11.00 to get the swab done, right?! Once I got there, the manager informed me that swabs cannot be performed without a reservation. To which I point out that in the automatic record nothing and nothing referred to the reservation, and I invite them to make it present in the automatic entry. After a bit of insistence the lady gave me the swab anyway. Well what can I say: 3 stars. Thank you!

This morning my grandchildren were sent away without carrying out swabs, despite only 1 person being tested. For goodness sake they weren't booked. But since there was no one in the queue, more availability for 2 boys who were not well at all... even pharmacists are doctors and perhaps they should also act out of conscience.
