Poor service. They do not accept returns. Purchased cuff in the evening at 7pm and returned it because it wasn't the correct size at 8.30am the next day. The response was “we don't accept returns”. Not recommended for purchases of non-pharmacological products.
Despite the public holiday, I found help in this pharmacy on duty in Chieri. The only handicap was the queue of people, understandable, I was served by a kind, polite and very professional Doctor, with a smile, despite being overwhelmed by work and tired certainly due to the Sunday shift... Recommended.
I don't recommend it for discounted products such as sunscreen, because in addition to forgetting to apply the discount, which can happen if you return the next day to ask for explanations, some sales assistants appear to have unprofessional behavior.
