Never again..... meanwhile I note with no small amazement that what I think is the common thought of many! Very bad experience. Lack of professionalism, empathy, education, attention to the customer etc... The staff of this pharmacy lacks everything and especially the owner or presumed owner who should be reported to the pharmacists' association for her arrogant, incorrect and rude behavior towards a person elderly and with health problems. I also advise this pharmacy, given the terrible experience and the treatment which is, to say the least, out of logic, to check the integrity and expiry dates of the products before selling them! Since it seems to be normal for you, you can keep the defective and/or tampered with medicine packages!

This afternoon I went to the Central Pharmacy in Cantù and the staff was professional and really very kind!! I will definitely return for the wonderful treatment received :)

Very large pharmacy with a wide choice of products... I was struck by the speed with which they provided me with a galenic preparation, I brought them a prescription on Tuesday late afternoon and by Thursday morning my medicine was ready (record time considering that Wednesday was a holiday and that the production laboratory is in Milan) I'm not from the area because I took 45 minutes to get there (it was the only pharmacy that would have given me the hemp-based preparation for a terminal illness).. if I were closer I would definitely use them...

It "comforts" me to read reviews below from people who have had the same experience as me. I felt really bad. A truly rude lady, who with a face of contempt asks me what I need what I asked for. After which she also allows herself to tell me that what I want is not good and tries to sell me something else because she is "more experienced". An absurd insistence: after I politely refused 3/4 times he gives me a look of contempt. I'm really shocked. I wonder how a pharmacist who should have discretion and courtesy as her primary qualities can allow herself to tell me that what I was prescribed is not good because she is more experienced. I am speechless. Never again.
