Excellent Pharmacy!!! Extremely kind staff, supporting and helpful! Amazing service for Rapid Covid tests, which included the Green pass I needed for travelling. I had an urgency and they were more than happy to help and support me with an appropriate solution and extra care! I would totally recommend this pharmacy. Besides, they also speak English, which was very helpful and appreciated. I will totally visit it again. Thanks to all the staff.
Great service, kind staff and quality products.
Entering the Cermelj pharmacy is a bit like being at home! You are listened to, understood, welcomed and helped. Becoming loyal to a pharmacy also means being able to have that extra confidence that allows you to come back and have a warm smile instead of a "service", albeit a highly professional one. Just yesterday I had to order an urgent medicine for my cat, they went out of their way to help me get it "as soon as possible". Unfortunately it was after 6pm and it was too late. But this morning they called me as soon as it arrived at the pharmacy. A great priceless thoughtfulness! Thanks to all the staff: young, competent, professional and very kind!
We took our son for a swab test that we had regularly booked online. The pharmacist suddenly stuck the swab into his nose in an extremely impetuous and invasive manner. An adult would have at least complained, our son started crying and got scared, whereupon the pharmacist refused to continue and made us leave after collecting the money for the service. I would like to underline that our son has had more than 10 swabs done in various pharmacies and hospitals and has never cried or objected, even when the swab enters the nasal septum for several centimetres. Clearly we parents have also done many and we have never seen such lack of professionalism combined with such rudeness. We went to another pharmacy: the swab was performed without any problem.
UPDATE: I'm going from one star to three due to the kindness of the response given to my complaints. Appropriate tones, on the merits my criticisms remain: if you agree to provide a service like that of the CUP you must assist people in the best possible way. But I appreciate the effort. I went there because the CUP switchboard told me to print a reminder card at the pharmacy. Somewhat rudely, I was told that it wasn't something they were responsible for and that I even had to go to the Major. Theoretically they are right, because this print is not included in the agreement with the Region/health company. In practice it was bad treatment by an institution that should also perform, in some way, a public service function. However, when it doesn't cash in, it obviously goes less well. Among other things, if the problem is the cost of printing the sheet, you can always have a photo taken from your cell phone. However, what I was asking for was easily available on Sesamo, then I discovered it by calling the switchboard. I would have expected at least this information from the pharmacy, not just a "no xe pol". I have the tools to have understood what the problem was; an elderly person who is told this is made to waste, without the slightest scruple, half a day to go to the Major to retrieve this reminder sheet. I will come back to you much less often. In the meantime, I expect an apology below.
