Negative; I did a swab the person doing the swabs hurt me a lot and was rude,, I do not recommend.....not very good It doesn't seem right to me a few minutes gives me the result..... Today passing on via tuscolama,I saw the girl who swabs,preparing a cigarette inside the gazebo and with the scrubs she will then have to swab. Its not professional...i advise you to tale off your coat and leave the gazebo ,the next time you want to have a cigarette....now i changed pharmacy to get a swab,they are more competent here. No good

I'm baffled. Most of the reviews are positive so I'm wondering why did I get such a bad service the first and only time I went there. I'll give it another chance and I hope the staff is not the same

We are not. A few days ago I booked a rapid swab on their web page for 1.15pm. I arrive at the scheduled time, pay, then go to the gazebo set up on the street a block away. As soon as I announced my arrival, the employee informed me that he was on his lunch break and that the swabs would resume no earlier than 1.40pm. Well, it's perfectly legitimate for you to take a lunch break, but then 1) why do you select that time if you don't provide the service, and 2) the employee could have warned me before I paid, but she's obviously very smart and in the meantime she preferred cash in. Luckily I had some margin which allowed me to wait half an hour beyond the agreed time - shortly after I had a work commitment. It didn't end there: today I needed to book a swab again. Unfortunately they are the closest pharmacy to where I live, but 1) the web page doesn't work and 2) they never answer the phone, so in the end out of desperation I was forced to go elsewhere - the swab actually couldn't be booked. Well, if you can, turn to someone who has more desire to work and above all a greater sense of organization, who here get by day by day.

I have been buying supplies from this pharmacy for more than twenty years. The room is very large and welcoming. The doctors are competent, kind and always know how to advise you. There is a cosmetics department full of products at affordable prices and run by truly exquisite girls. In recent weeks they have been carrying out a great (but equally exhausting) job, between swabs and continuous - sometimes absurd - requests from customers. For me it's the best!
