Good service - and they speak English 😊
A real "pharmacy" with expert, competent people available to best advise the customer. In addition to medicines, they are also equipped with all those products and items for personal care that cannot always be found elsewhere and if they do not have a medicine or product at the moment, they will get them for you immediately. All the doctors and all the people behind the counter are very kind and give you the time you need. The opening hours are perfect and the opening on Saturday mornings until 1pm is perfect. It's nice to feel considered a "person" and not a buyer.
Friendly and attentive staff, but my five stars definitely go to the vastness of the assortment present. Excellent if you are in a hurry and don't have time to wait for an order, or if you are urgently looking for a drug that cannot be found at the moment (personal experience)
I went to buy a cough syrup based on acetylcysteine but it was passed off to me as - the same as - one based on bromhexine. I hope it was an oversight by the pharmacist and not her ignorance regarding mucolytic drugs.
