Very good service.
The largest pharmacy in Pistoia, open 24 hours a day and super stocked not only with drugs and parapharmaceuticals, but also with "soloDiosacosa"! Parking absolutely inadequate compared to the size of the pharmacy and the normal relative flow of people. Waiting times are always quite long even though there are at least 6 desks served. Staff generally quite friendly.
Excellent pharmacy...but there are a couple of very rude elements who treat customers with disdain and arrogance... Luckily the majority of the clerks are really kind and polite
Several users had reported having had difficulty contacting the pharmacy by telephone, perhaps it was the Covid 19 emergency or customers' invitation to improve communication, but the fact is that lately they have been responding. Due to the virus, the leisure area for children has been removed by upgrading the shelving for orthopedic items etc. I remember that inside there is a CUP reservation point but only for clinical tests and not blood tests.
Well-stocked pharmacy, but too many packages, little packages everywhere, discounts left and right, full of displays that at times have to slalom. Furthermore, they almost never answer the phone and when they answer they are hasty. I wonder: perhaps it's the fault of a management that pays little attention to substance?? Sometimes all it takes is a few extra seconds and a word of comfort to provide good service. Excellent cup service
