Staff not up to par. Totally indifferent to the people queuing. Slow like Lent. It is clearly noted that for them the customer is a negligible option. If you absolutely have to go I advise you to take a day off, because you will spend it there in the queue, even if there are 2 people in front of you. Not recommended.
