The staff is extremely lazy! We were more than 50 people waiting to get tested and they were there talking and laughing like no one was around. 3 hours of waiting to get tested and other one to have the possibility to pay because we tested positive so you have to wait and pay outside. It’s unacceptable..

The Manageress is rude and unprofessional. When she is not there, the activity rises in professionalism and kindness.

I called to ask if there was a medicine... they confirmed it but immediately said that they would close within 10 minutes... I arrived in two minutes and the pharmacy was already closed. Very annoyed, I ring the intercom (there were two other ladies with me who point this out) and the owner replies that "he has already closed the register... Ah, note, the official closing outside was indicated at 8pm but the pharmacy at 6.53pm it was already abundantly closed with the motivation: "I wrote it on social media".. I would absolutely like to give zero as a review..

Terrible pharmacy and staff! Even with a doctor's prescription it is impossible to get an antihistamine because doctors improvise and decide that they wouldn't take that particular antihistamine, telling you to go to the doctor's office to get another one prescribed. If you are looking for a pharmacy where you can waste time and get totally useless advice, you are in the right place!

It has always been my pharmacy but it has improved a lot in recent years. Both in services and as staff. Very kind staff and super available for advice. Above all, a special thank you to Teresa but all the staff are truly a point of reference and always with a smile even at the end of the day. Well-stocked pharmacy. Super recommended.
