Rude and arrogant. For environmental and ecology reasons, when I travel for work I try to use the electric scooter as much as possible, in which I carry documents, keys, telephone and various personal effects. When entering the pharmacy with my vehicle (obviously by hand) I was arrogantly told to leave it outside or to move it. I promptly moved it, but then another employee arrived and verbally attacked me. I politely pointed out that it was much less cluttered and dirty than a pram, and that I didn't understand where the problem was, but when they pressed their tone I tried to say that there was no need to warm up, but not finding an answer I replied with a simple "Don't worry, I'm leaving" and I started to leave. The ignorance and rudeness of the employees reached its climax when, as I was leaving, they shouted at me in front of everyone: "Find another pharmacy!". I am not a punk or a no-good, and never in my life have I felt discriminated against and insulted as gratuitously as in this case; several times even in Milan, where I often work, they welcomed me cordially and even indicated where I could leave my vehicle. In addition to the fact that some structures also have a space dedicated to ultra-light vehicles like this. I didn't expect them to compliment me on using eco-friendly vehicles, but being treated like a junkie looking for handouts, I honestly didn't expect it. I will take their advice and change pharmacy, not to spite them, but for my dignity.

Good pharmacy in the historic center of the town, unfortunately very small and consequently not very stocked, for specific medicines you can often find only one pack and the rest arrive within 24 hours as in all pharmacies, the car park is in Piazza San Luigi, a time disc is required, as in all pharmacies, a large part of the shop is occupied by various beauty products, two people enter, masks are mandatory, you often find yourself in a queue as it is close to medical clinics, in essence it is ideal for those who are in the historic center and do not want or cannot use the car, however, praise goes to the pharmacists who are always kind and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful. The only flaw is that if you have to take 2 boxes of the same medicine quite frequently they only have one and you have to collect the other the next day.
