I needed advice about an ear infection and was looked after by an English speaking young man. Very good service.

I have a degree in pharmacy and I don't usually make it clear every time I go to the pharmacy. For different reasons I chose a job other than the bench and I don't regret it. I worked in a pharmacy and I have never been so rude to customers. For my initial state of cooling I would have needed an anti-inflammatory associated with pseudoephedrine (not nasal spray, but combinations of molecules). Evidently the doctor didn't understand my request, but she didn't want to give me what I asked for. For every drug I asked him it seemed like he had to make me feel his disappointment. Initially he recommended the aerosol saying it was a blockage of mucus. This, in my opinion, was not necessary because the state of cooling arose today. I won't go into further detail, but this is to say that you don't necessarily have to be rude and arrogantly reveal your opinion to a person who is asking you something else and who has a degree in the same discipline as you. Regardless of who you have in front of you, you need to listen to the patient/customer, trying to understand what they really need and not what you say categorically without listening to them. I hope the experience helps her grow.
