Great selection and friendly staff

They don't know how to do their job at all, the robust one with the curls and glasses thinks she's the manager, but instead she's an employee and it even hurts her with rudeness she's never seen before.

My experience in this pharmacy was something indescribable, pharmacists should be people inclined to help the customer and assist him in the best way, taking into account the pathologies and problems of his customers. Here the pharmacists are completely the opposite. I came because I had a problem with my finger and they didn't advise me correctly. Furthermore, it happened that I arrived 1 minute before closing with a bloody finger and they barred me from entering. The staff are rude, and in my opinion incompetent. I strongly advise against!!!

There is much better in Sestri. Staff not always courteous, sometimes hostile, as read in a previous review. They made a mistake on the receipt by charging me over 5 euros more and when I went back for clarification they said that I should have noticed it and that they had already made the receipt by now. They then fixed the matter and issued a voucher. I would have preferred a refund so I wouldn't go back again. Nothing serious, of course, but they could be more kind and helpful. Instead, I recommend the Central Pharmacy in Carrugio, which is of a completely different level in all respects.

I purchased a 200ml bottle of very common hydrogen peroxide and paid €2 in spite of inflation 😀, elsewhere you pay from a minimum of 0.75 in supermarkets to a maximum of €1.35 at the pharmacy... Keep up the good work.
