I needed some medication and called ahead to make sure they had it. So I go to the pharmacy and a grumpy and rude sales assistant replies that that drug isn't available and that to get it you have to order it first and that no pharmacy would have it ready for delivery and that it's impossible that any of them told me that it was available . I left furious and bitter! I would have understood a mistake if I had been kindly given an explanation, but in addition to inefficiency, rudeness without a reason is also not acceptable. I will never go again! P.s. I found it immediately ready for delivery in another pharmacy a little further on.
Professional and kind staff.
Very bad experience. Inadequate staff, poorly supplied. I mourn the old days with Valerio ☹️. I absolutely do not recommend it to everyone!
Beautiful shop windows, lots of cosmetics, they deliver the medicines to you, but the cosmetics are all there!
I'm giving one star because zero isn't possible, I've always been a customer but from today I will never go there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE
