Terrible pharmacy and customer service. I had to urgently go to the pharmacy during night duty for a prescription medicine and the gentleman treated me as if I were the worst vagabond, with such rudeness and impatience that I wouldn't even deserve to work in the pharmaceutical sector, where a minimum of courtesy and tact is a must have. Displeased by the fact that I wanted to pay with the debit card during the night service, he yelled at me. Not being able to pay with the debit card he got annoyed at having to cancel the transaction, in the end I managed to pay in cash and left, I was treated very badly and with the incredulous faces of the two people behind me who were waiting, shocked by the verbal language he addressed to me and the way he treated me. Bad place, don't go there, there are better ones a few km away.

Rudeness reigns supreme, first time I set foot there and they will never see me again. The boy who served me after handing me the medicines started yelling at me after I said goodbye, furiously complaining about me and other customers who were in a hurry to leave without waiting for the receipt to be issued. I would like to point out that usually the receipt is also attached to the delivery of debit cards and medicines and I find it unusual for this to happen at a later time... Despite this, the thing that really bothered me was the reproach and continuous loud complaints against of me and the other people who had found themselves in the same situation, which continued until I set foot outside the store. The city is full of pharmacies with much more courteous and polite staff, you would do well to review your attitude towards customers and reflect on what happened.

I go every now and then to stock up on some medicines that don't require prescriptions, to keep at home for possible colds etc.. but this time I was a little disappointed by the fact that I was sold two packs with expiry dates of July and November 2022 respectively.. well, it doesn't seem like the best to me... too bad, it's a bad impression.
