On Saturday 10 February at 7.58pm I had a child in my car who had just been discharged from the pediatric emergency room and who needed Tachipirina in case he had a crisis during the night. Arriving and having the door slammed in his face and the shutter closed while they looked at you made me pissed off quite a bit, Zero professionalism, I strongly advise against it
very kind staff, very well trained and very helpful in meeting the patient's needs and doubts and the instant availability of medicines can only make me recommend this pharmacy. Only 5 stars because it is not possible to add more
Excellent choice of staff, when requesting a medicine which I consider correct because I have been using the pharmacist for a lifetime (I avoid writing the name) being in disagreement she looks at me shocked saying "congratulations ma'am, you will see what a good job you do". No words
Rude and unempathetic staff. Product always purchased easily in other pharmacies, here they asked me for the recipe! Poorly supplied, I almost always had to order medicines that were not available.
terrible staff, when requesting a contraceptive pill the pharmacist did not want to sell the product to my husband saying that the wife's presence would be mandatory to be able to take it even though I was unable to go for obvious and personal reasons. Never heard of such a thing in as having entered at least 5 other pharmacies in the area they have never made such a request.
