Rude and not very competent. One of the worst pharmacies in Modena! Even though I am passing through for work I will never stop there again there are always problems with them. I was nine months pregnant and they didn't want to give my partner a medicine WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION... I have no words. They always make you feel at fault and very little professionalism is inadequate

I would have needed to take a quick swab to be able to carry out some activities over the weekend. I wasn't given the chance for a very normal cold which, if I hadn't pointed it out, wouldn't even have been evident. I will no longer come to this pharmacy, because from this experience it is clear that it is not in the interest of the staff to provide a service for the citizen. I decided to write a few lines so that an improvement can also be drawn from this episode if the intention is not to scare people away

The staff I've found recently is very rude and unhelpful to requests..I gave two stars and not one just because not all of them are like that..I'm sorry because the pharmacy was recently renovated but I see that customers prefer other pharmacies of castelnuovo..

I wanted to send a thank you. I had a domestic accident on Sunday evening and fortunately my trusted pharmacy was on duty. the manager was very kind and professional and I avoided the emergency room at night. A thousand thanks

Kind and helpful people, who collaborate to procure products that other pharmacies say the warehouse doesn't have. They seem to be busy, I'd say it's a good thing. 👍
