A big thank you for the courtesy and kindness that is assiduously shown to us customers by all the Pharmacy STAFF. We need people like them and since it is difficult to find such courteous people these days, I would be happy if the current staff could be increased to facilitate working hours. In this pharmacy lately I find much more helpful and kind people... I hope they stay...
Farmacap on Via Gasperina is a solid and fundamental point of reference for the entire neighborhood and the nearby areas. The pharmacists and pharmacists are very professional and at the same time courteous and friendly towards customers. Their hard work during the Covid pandemic was commendable, when they served thousands of people, carrying out dozens of swabs every day for months. The safety measures for regular visitors are very accurate. Thank you for the work you do every day.
Courtesy, kindness and professionalism characterize this pharmacy. It is also possible to perform quick swabs in the morning. All the staff are trying to patiently and tirelessly deal with this emergency.
I'm leaving the pharmacy now, gratuitous discourtesy and rudeness, I understand the heat, the holidays but then it's better to leave room for competent and willing people. To be avoided
