Rude and unprofessional staff. Found pharmacy with door blocked before official closing time and very inhumane attitude when requesting medicines for a one year old girl with fever. Only lies and little correctness on the part of those who evidently don't want to do their job. In the end, after I had demonstrated the early closure, she appealed to the pediatrician's request not on paper but on what's app (which the pharmacy itself accepted several times!). Official notification made for assistance. We demand a measure.

Classic municipal pharmacy, usually manned by professional, courteous and reserved girls. The availability of medicines, as in many other pharmacies, is sometimes scarce, but the staff has always worked to quickly reorder them. From a logistical point of view, the following seem interesting to me: 1) the external portico, which protects from bad weather if it is necessary to queue at the entrance; 2) the car park accessible from the small road to the left of the building, where it is almost always possible to find a space.

Municipal Pharmacy in an excellent location and accessible thanks to the surrounding car park, professionalism and courtesy are the common denominators of the pharmacists, who always address customers with a smile and are ready to give the best service or pharmaceutical assistance relating to every request. It is the people who make every place and service more welcoming.... I recommend it to everyone...

The ancient municipal pharmacy is located in the Sant'Agostino complex. There are beautiful frescoes on the ceilings and ancient wooden shelves on the walls. Explanatory panels help to understand the history and use of these premises. Free guided tours are carried out which include the church and the anatomical theatre.

Terrible midweek hours. Saturday only half day. Always queuing. Often there are no medicines or products to order and I have to go back. friendly, competent and helpful staff
