Incorrect password and personal data. Therefore it is impossible to continue recording. We return the following day to ask for clarification, the person NOT responsible solves the password problem but as regards the personal data he dismisses us with a toll-free number to call. Without even apologizing or appearing sorry in any case. Having called this number again and again we are finally told that it will not be possible to change the data and therefore cancel and register the account again.
