Good service

I went to this pharmacy today, Tuesday 5 December 2023. I asked for a medicine for the cat, showing him the old box... well, the young pharmacist replied to me in a very annoyed manner: "Tell me your name, I don't have time to waste looking at boxes"!!! Tell us if this is an answer!

Incredible, last week they sent me to get medicine from the hospital pharmacy, where they kindly gave it to me, but told me that they had to give it to me and that they would report the matter. Today I had to collect a medicine booked this morning, asking several times what time it would be available. At 3.30pm he finds the answer. I went at 3.45pm and they told me that it was impossible for it to be there and that they told me at 3.30pm. But we're kidding!!!!!

Well-stocked pharmacy and friendly staff but very poor organization. Only the SPs (i.e. those who have to collect pre-ordered medicines) are needed first, then all the others. But if there are only two open crates, one must give priority to one group and one to the others. Otherwise you risk waiting 20-30 minutes, as happened to me today, even if you have a few numbers in front of you. It seems easy to understand, but evidently it's not like that. Terrible organization!!

The blonde pharmacist (assuming she is a pharmacist) better learn education and kindness.
