It often happens that, when I am served, the person serving me suddenly abandons me and goes to other colleagues to chat, for several minutes and several times. Yesterday was the best: in addition to going to chat at another counter, those who served me also stopped by other customers, perhaps friends. In total I counted 8 interruptions, I spent half an hour at the counter to take two simple over-the-counter medications. This seems a bit unprofessional to me....

The busiest municipal pharmacy in Ravenna!! Open practically always, given that it also has night service, 7 days a week. So when you urgently need a medicine for yourself and your family you come here. Pharmacists are usually always friendly and helpful. There is a separate cosmetic section. Remember to get your ticket immediately at the entrance to the totem because you will certainly have to wait and usually quite a long time. It depends on the opening hours but this is the most sore point of this pharmacy. Sometimes you have to wait up to 1 hour before your turn comes. However, the pharmacy is always well stocked and the prices are often slightly lower than private pharmacies!! All in all it offers an excellent service even if there is always a lot of waiting in line!

I wonder how it is possible that all the other municipal pharmacies are efficient, while here we always have to queue for more than 30 minutes... Maybe it would be time to change who is in charge.

I called to make a reservation for a cream, I was told by a guy that they didn't make the reservation, but they ordered it for me, when I arrive at the pharmacy they ask me for the reservation WHICH I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T MAKE and the order number which I didn't have been left, I had to wait a long time because they had brought me the 30ml when I had explicitly requested the 100... I was very upset, luckily the third pharmacist I spoke to managed to find the cream, I don't give less than 3 stars because in any case I've almost always found myself very well, but in my opinion the ordering service should be improved

The pharmacist is very kind and very knowledgeable. Fortunately, I often come across him who knows how to give me very effective advice and phytotherapy products. Thank you
